They have the highest equity grants and they changed vesting from 10-20-30-40 to 25 each year. I doubt bonuses would matter too much, the vesting schedule is much better now.

Most ppl here donāt care about the cash bonus. Bonus isnāt even part of the expectation here. Stock refreshers are going to happen anyway and thatās the main part.
