PwC - Senior Manager - offer
Hey Folks, I am based in Los Angeles. Currently with Capgemini / Engagement Director. - Current Comp: $210K (base) + $15K (Variable comp) Interviewed with PwC App evolution services and received an offer, Senior Manager - PwC Offer: $232K (base) + $10K (joining bonus) + 10 - 20% (variable comp) YOE - 20 + MBA Am I compensated at above/at par/ below market rate? base looks right as we are on cohort bonus tier could be higher for SM. agree with above. dont move unless it is because due certain field you are interested in as TC wont change much
No idea. What field are you in? Levels don’t map but EY senior manager comp is a bit higher than this. I wouldn’t switch jobs in this market for such a small bump
