Amazon is T0 for the balance between WLB, WFH flexibility, pay and impact. Iβd rather work at Amazon than any T0 you listed.

Raises a good point the pay is not equivalent to TC. Not sure I have the same vitriol for this post as others in the main thread, but it would be interesting to factor in cash comp vs a boatload of stock that has lost a bunch of value.
