2000 are international 4000 in Canada. Early retirement and they will offer a voluntary severance package to others. Not bad if you are close to retirement, they will bridge you until your pension starts.

Sorry to everyone affected, especially our Canadian friends. 🫡 From what it looks like, layoffs are still happening sporadically and I’ve heard nothing but bad things about Canada’s economy moving forward. We managed to survive the layoffs here in the States, but I don’t know if we’ll see any longer term implications from this. TC: Redacted
