ADP gives peanuts!!

After working at ADP for 5+ years l feel like l'm getting paid very less and due to internal politics in the workplace and less options to grow, l feel like l am unable to get promoted irrespective of how well l perform. At first l thought ADP is a good company but the TC that ADP is paying for anyone in Tech is 30-50% less than others and the technology is outdated. Not feeling good as l started my job search a few months back and learning about the job market and how ADP is exploiting its employees in Tech. What's your thoughts fellow folks at #adp in tech TC: 100K

Grammar nit, you can’t ‘feel’ thoughts, but you can believe them. Exploitation essentially means you’re being coerced to stay. You’re not. Explain why you deserve a raise and if you don’t get it stay put or walk.

ADP bands are all sorts of messed up too. Most of my peers were severely underpaid. Everyone left, no surprises, and got jobs paying substantially more. ADP is a shit place to be if you care about growing your career and skillset. If you value a cushy do nothing much job, then it's great to coast here.

Interviewing for a Lead PM currently any advice? I’m pushing for a reasonable salary based on my YOE and set expectations on my recruiter screen. Moving to first round interview tomorrow.

ADP managers are a bunch of imposters who have no technical knowledge
