Contract terms usually specified at the time of hiring, at least thatās what we do in our dept
We even have someone who was full-time, left for labor, and came back as a contractor. Our GL told her she will be converted to full-time in Q2, but then changed to Q3, and now they don't know. But what's funny is that we just hired two other full-time people.
