ASML RSU
Does anybody know how RSU works at ASML? They said it's not an option during the interviews. I wonder if employees can get them upon annual performance review. TC: 90k YOE: 1

they are still hiring. just not as aggressively as they did last year

ASML doesn’t offer RSU’s.
ASML can give RSUs ( spread across 3 years)when you get a promotion. But it depends on your manager..
In the US, job grades 10 and above get RSUs at hire, with some exceptions for JG 9. And yes it’s a 3yr vesting cycle which is good.
Thats not true. JG8s get RSUs too.
RSU is a 3 year vest, they are granted based on job grade, and annual review. The higher your job grade or review the more likely to get RSU, and the larger your RSU package will be. Very few sg6 and 7 employees get RSU, becomes more common for 8+.
Practically forget about RSU for yoyjob grade

No
ASML is very cheap about RSU. Some people who worked here 20 years never got it. Maybe some for SWE.
Don’t know about asml , but some companies just don’t give out RSU and choose to underpay people
