TC: 200k -> 210k YOE: 2.5 (1.5 at company) Is this normal? Not sure what I was expecting but I’ve only gotten positive feedback from my manager and the company is doing well.
200k is pretty solid at 2 YOE. If you like your work/team/manager/culture/WLB and you're learning definitely no reason to leave over money. If any of those aren't true then start applying.

You can get over 10% for leaving. Easy to figure this out.
