Considering a few options…What can one expect as TC for L9 offer? Per levels, this roughly maps to L8 at Google. Assuming that is accurate, would the comp expectation be inline as well ~1.1M TC? - from what I see Affirm does not have yearly bonus … so I’m guessing mostly stock base comp? How much refresher stock can one expect - I believe Affirm does refreshers every 2 years. Lastly for recent hires - negotiation tips if any? Assume one does not have competitive offers. Yoe: 16 Tc: ~550 post market 💥
Level.FYI says l8 can go over 600 so maybe 700-800

Joined recently as L7(TC 500), was able to bump comp for about 15% having comp offer from Amazon but you can just say you have one even if you don't I guess
