What employee number do you have to be at Airbnb to have made $100K+ from your equity?

The last round of funding pre ipo that airbnb raised was at 18B. It's current market cap is 110B
I had an airbnb offer in first week of November. If I didn't require a visa transfer enabling me to join it pre ipo my equity would have been worth 4.5 million today. And I might have been employee #10k+
