Airbnb coding interviews

Hi, currently I'm L63 at Microsoft and I'd like to move to Airbnb because of the work from home flexibility and I want to join a smaller company than Microsoft. I am familiar with the loop interviews. But I believe you really have to be lucky in these interviews by either getting a somehow easy question OR a question that you solved/saw recently and still remember how to solve it. Question is, on Leetcode, if I want to join Airbnb, do I have to filter by the questions only asked at Airbnb? Is there any guarantee that they repeat questions? Or that's bullsh*t and you just need to go solve 500+ questions and with your luck? Right now I'm at 280 solved LC questions, mostly medium but whenever I go back to one that I solved I end up forgetting how I ended up solving it or the solution I saw. Also any tips/advice on the interview process in general there? I heard it's even worse than FAANG companies. TC: Peanuts. I'm a retainer so we are talking about 2xxk :) #airbnb

I think our interviews are mostly the same as peer companies. One possible difference is our “technical experience” interview. Regarding questions, I usually pick a random one I solved recently, nothing crazy hard though. Getting the interview might be hard. We aren’t hiring a lot.

What’s technical experience interview? Hiring staff level?

What about the list of Airbnb Leetcode questions? I searched online and found few comments and there mentioning few questions they got in interviews that were in the Airbnb Leetcode list so does the company select a question from a limited pool or it's up to the interviewer? Also if I apply for a senior role, is it 2 leetcode questions interviews, 1 system design and 1 technical experience?
