Does anyone know how the Employee referral process works at amazon (from both employee and refereed sides). What does it take from the Amazonian? is it just sending a copy of the resume or he needs to answer a bunch of questions like in Facebook? he sends them for a specific position or is it just a general pool? And most important will I receive a confirmation that my CV were actually submitted?

Is that an amazon internal tool used only by and for amazon?
It looks very similar to jobs.amazon.com except that you get a little more info like hiring managers, recruiter, etc. and have a “Referral” button where you can upload a resume. Good idea for the employee to ping the recruiter and pitch the candidate a little (like maybe 1-2 sentences) as well.
