Amazon L5 promo
I am L4 SDE with TC 195k before the amazon stock price went down. My promo is under process and will be promoted to L5 in Q2 cycle π€πΌ. What should I be expecting a raise to, considering the very low value of the stocks. When would I be able negotiate new salary with the manager ? What should the ball park new TC that I should expect ? Should I try to get competing offers to negotiate the TC ?
