140k listed at $2800 a share i think. They did not quantity the number of shares
Amazon offer usually mentions the number of shares instead of price. Pls check with recruiter because 140k seems low and your compensation will be dropping in year 3 and 4 which is not possible I think. You may have some wrong info.
140k doesn’t make sense, unless OP meant 140 shares
I just did the Math, it’s 140 what OP must have meant, at 40% the target TC is close ($320-$340k), solid offer

140 shares is good. I got offered half of that as L5 earlier this month and recruiter said they couldn’t go any higher. Make sure this is their best offer before you’re ready to sign

I was able to get the offer revised.. 160k base + 221k (first year) + 168k (second) + 150 shares RSU - Total 401k
I heard they will low-ball around 2800$
