Amazon L6 Salary range
Looking forward to L6 SDE at Amazon. Wondering what is average Base, bonus, stock etc.
L6 SDEs start at $250k. Median L6 SDE salary is around $300k
Youâre right, I meant TC. Sorry for the confusion. Since RSU/bonuses are such a normal part of income within the social circles I live in, we would say âbaseâ or âbase salaryâ to discuss non-rsu pay. When discussing compensation, I almost always mean TC and have gotten used to interchanging income, salary, TC with each other.
$230k-$350k, old timers may get more because of stock appreciation
How does it compare with L6 PMT?
Iâd think 5-10% lower than SDE.. not significantly lower afaik
L6 Pmt is quite lower than L6 sde. So much so that its almost comparable to L5 sde, but slightly higher.
TC around ~230k
Doesnât that sound low?
