Thinking of switching from a SWE role to a solutions architecture role. For any current SAs, how are things? WLB? For the Amazon alumni, where did you go and what are you doing now? I would also like to hear . In the process of making this switch , with a similar background like yours. SA offer i got is 210K (starting in a month). From what ive heard , the trajectory can go sa -> sam/specialist , but some do pivot back to dev oriented roles
