Some high workload teams in AWS or Search get free snacks, and also free lunch almost everyday during crunch times. I think one of the buildings in downtown (Blackfoot) has free gym as well. Other than that it depends on your team if you can convince your manager to expense free snacks or Friday lunch for your team.
Gym facility available to all folks working in that building , not specific to AWS employees.

I doubt you can eat bananas for lunch. Even if you can, you would look stupid for taking away too many bananas. The bananas are free to everyone, which could save a person’s life. An Amazonian is not going to take 10 bananas a time for lunch, because Amazonian has ethical baseline.
