Amazon or Compass
I have both the offers from Amazon(Ads team) and Compass. Both have the same TC and great teams and I am more comfortable with the tech stack in Compass. I am inclined towards Compass, as I want to take a Risk and try my luck with stock growth. TC : Amazon 442 / 450 Not sure about WLB. Which one to take?

True, Compass is small scale and it's posting incremental Revenue every quarter and as long as revenue is good, I think jobs will be secure. I understand it's missing the EPS. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
My 2 cents, a good chunk of recent hires are from Amazon, and the explicit reason they are leaving Amazon is the culture. I find that WLB is pretty great @ Compass!
If it’s same TC the answer is always not amazon. Amazon is only worth if the TC is way higher to compensate for garbage culture and stress.
