Amazon or IPO startup

Got an offer from IPO startup. The work seems interesting but not able to find too much details about the company. Current TC: 150K New TC: 210K YOE < 2 My only concern is job security as I am on visa. I know Amazon can pip me any day but I will still have some time to look for new job however the startup is also not performing financially well lately.
