Amazon or Oracle? PgM role
Currently a L5 PgM at Amazon with TC 180k for Seattle. I’ve been offered a principal PgM role at Oracle. Pay package is TBD but recruiter said their compensation package will be more than my current TC. Should I stay in Amazon or switch to Oracle? If I switch.. Pros: Better pay Better title and more scope of influence Cons: Working with Outdated technology Bad WLB YoY compensation increment sucks

Make the money for an year or two at Oracle, come back to Amazon at L6 level. Probably a faster way to L6 at amazon..

Oracle. They just bought Cerner. I had a teammate go to OCI. Tons of Amazon folks are going to Oracle.
