Are you really working that much? I’m working around 2-3 hours during the day, then 2-3 hours at night to accommodate for China coworkers. Overall only 6 hour workdays
Yeah my days are full with work too. My first few months were more like yours, but then my workload amped way up
Sorry to hear but with 1 year in don’t you have an option to draw boundaries ? Or maybe your org might be one where everyone works 15 hours and thus you have to catch up ?
Yeah it’s definitely a combo of things, ultimately don’t see myself there long term so not worth the fight to create boundaries or change to a different team
Why leave TikTok?
