Amazon stole my Apple watch. Do I have any recourse?
I bought an Apple watch on Amazon mostly using gift cards from work rewards. The delivery guy switched the label onto a different box that just had cheap earbuds in it. I returned the box but Amazon isn’t acknowledging the return even though the support agent said they did receive it. Calls/chats with support are getting nowhere. It’s been more than two months now. Are they just going to keep my money?

That got back the part paid by credit card, but the $500 gift card money is still gone
Amazon delivery just opened a package with some ssds, do they have access to the order content information? Amazon was quick to refund tho.
Same here. Returned an hearing aid worth $900. The portal showed that the returned was received and the customer service rep confirmed that the money will be refunded. After a week, no money was refunded and the portal showed the return was lost. So much for customer centricity
