I came across a lot of cool works from MSFT's Turing team. Also, factoring in the COL and taxes, MSFT offer is not at all bad
+1 Turing is an amazing team with high standards. I did not pass the internal interviews to move to that team but their work seems to be impactful and high visibility.
L62 is SDEII level, while L4 is SDEI. Regardless of level, msft is always a better choice compared with Amazon. Join msft and thank me later.
Msft @ Seattle .. in addition to better WLB, you will ending saving more as well
Leverage Amazon's offer to negotiate MSFT's offer, L4 offers looks better than MSFT's L62, ask him to bring this to recruiter. Anyhow I'll go with Microsoft even if recruiter won't agree to match.
I would choose NYC over Seattle
Msft over Amzn. But try to ask msft to match.
That's a really solid 62 offer from MSFT. Also MSFT hands down
I have worked at both places Microsoft >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Amazon*infinity
How did you crack the interview I cannot get pass first round? Help me
To make you feel better, Amazon’s interviews are on the easier side
I gave Microsoft and first round I got kicked on the brain. I was not prepared well but now I think I m but I have to wait for cold period and also other companies I m applying not getting response
