Amex Senior Engineer salary in NYC
Hi Can any one tell me what will be the amex senior Engineer band 35 salary in NYC? I recently got selected but base is offered like 150K- 12%bonus- 2% stock.I am thinking I didn’t negotiate it well.#engineer #interview #it
That’s definitely too low for 17 yeo and in NYC. Would advice continue your search. Current TC ?

You’re getting a 34% increase in your TC. Don’t use a random blind comment to reject it. My advice is to really consider it — 165+ cash plus stocks isn’t “too low” anywhere in the US.
What is the expected number in QA and Automation for senior engineer? I am sound like dumb but it’s being a while for me .
Check levels.fyi to get an idea of expected TC. That should be a good starting, look in Amex or similar in and around NYC
