That's really fucked up that United didn't let her get off the plane while it was parked. The baby could have died.
my goodness. I usually play the devil's (the anti-emotional) advocate but United really screwed up here.
Things like this will keep happening until people stop blaming the airlines and start blaming the regulators and regulations that allow them to operate this way.
