It is so hard to find companies hiring UX entry positions. Do you guys know any??
Yeah it is hard. Have you tried to find an internship instead?
Agreed. Internships is the way to go.
I’ve found smaller studios are better to get a foot in the door. Go to some networking events - those help.
Agreed. Design agencies are a great way to get work experience--for good and bad. You'll work with top-notch designers and get a variety of work so you can figure out what you are interested in. But most likely you won't see your design get developed and shipped. Also make sure you have a link to a well-organized and cogent portfolio for those networking events.

Why is it so G*damn difficult to move money out of India
What do people in UX do? Genuine question.
Yeah because engineers and managers know better what users want, right?
If the crummy design is what the users want, that’s what they get. You’re the type of dev I’d never want to work with. My way or the highway, what a nightmare. Been there, f that.
