Any difference the time you join Amazon Oct Vs Nov
I will be joining Amazon soon. Start date is supposed to be October (Europe to Canada), but with how sluggish the visa is, I think I won't make it. Question is does this affect promo/review cycle somehow. I missed something similar in my current company because I joined in May instead of April.
If you join before Oct, you will be included in performance review.
How about October. And is it even better not to be included in the first one. That's probably takes away some pressure. Is the review every 6 months?
