Starting to interview - the Glassdoor reviews are pretty bad. Worth the risk? Know they just got acquired by Atlassian so wondering if the dip has to do with pre-acquisition layoffs. TC: $220k
At least their product is great. I use it all the time in my work.
Leadership is inexperienced, reactive, and underwater with acquisition and investor convos. Leaving leadership to even more inexperienced middle management.
Yeah my first convo was sketch as fuck - hard pass.
Did an interview with them, perfect background match for what they do. Was rejected, they didn't seem serious about hiring. In fact the request for the interview was like 5 months after I submitted the application. Not sure how it's not possible to fill a role in 5 months in this market.
Ide avoid, former employee here, everything above is true
Donβt forget about post-acquisition layoffs
