Amazon squashbuck Oct 14, 2018

When I was looking a couple of years back, Union bank was the best to work with.

Check PENFED

4% is really good in the current market.

Facebook public Oct 14, 2018

4% is amazing

Salesforce seeks Oct 14, 2018

How the hell did you get 4%? Cost of home? Points? Last Monday I got a quote for 4.375% and having to have 500k with them.

Salesforce seeks Oct 14, 2018

That was for a 2.5M purchase 20% down, but last time I checked more down did not help too much.

Verizon CodeBoi OP Oct 15, 2018

Cost of home is 1M+. No points. Yes Both Citi/WF require relationship accounts (250K+ in their bank account/brokerage combined)

You sure it’s not arm? I’ve used parlend and cannot find such rates across hundreds of loan officers

Microsoft McTonald Oct 15, 2018

Sounds like these 4% rates are for ARM. There was new articles that the average for 30!years fixed crossed 5%.

Verizon CodeBoi OP Oct 15, 2018

Arm is 3.5% no points and 25% downpayment

Quicken Loans Kbzh37 Jan 31, 2019

4% for 30 yr fixed is not possible

Square Yes we can Oct 15, 2018

30 yr fixed $1m jumbo w/ 1 pt and 20% down for 4%

Square Jqty44 Oct 16, 2018

Which lender?

Intel oral-B Oct 16, 2018

The 250k you have in there really helps.

Innovium AI_Matrix Oct 19, 2018

I'm sure, I wonder if the rate is contingent on maintaining that? Can that money go into the down payment? If so, it doesn't make sense how they can give such a low rate. People can just move money in to get the deal, then move it back out
