Why halve it, all or nothing on the cash! All rsu for me, options too much risk
Bro 50/50 split is crazy, lean towards a bigger cash % that is what you will always have for a fact
I did 50/50 but - wish I just went all cash. I’ve just been putting the cash portion in etrade anyway.
I did 75% RSUs with the grant priced at $258 + 25% Options. Those options have been worthless for awhile. The RSUs also lost so much value. Gladly sold some RSUs when we were around $380
OP what did you end up doing? In the same boat and leaning towards 75% RSU, 25% Cash
