Apollo.io vs Rippling vs Google
I have offers from all of them. TC wise all are same (~1 CR) Which is a better choice? Apollo L6: Growing fast but looks like they are having a lot of attrition lately. Work seems interesting Rippling L6: Bad WLB but business is doing good. Google L4: Brand and WLB. Very boring work and no growth. Have mostly worked for start ups in the past And not from Zenefits, using a friend’s account Current company is Cohesity. TC: 75L Yoe 9, Tech lead swe

L4 for tech lead level experience is low ball imo , on top of boring work and no growth.

Depends on what they are looking for in the near short term. If learnings and growth then sure rippling makes more sense. But stability or wlb is of the essence then Google is a good bet. Also, can you help me with a referral at Airbnb? Tried reaching to recruiters on LI but they have been unresponsive
