Recently completed interviews at both ServiceNow and Apple and expecting an offer from both of these companies based on the feedback received from the recruiters. And, below are the rough TCs shared by the recruiters. So looking for some suggestions in deciding between the below 2 offers as am not sure relocating to Austin to join Apple will be worth it other than having the FAANG company listed on my resume for any future prospects. I’m currently located in the Mid West region and need to relocate to Austin if I decided to go with Apple. Any salary suggestions from Apple or ServiceNow employees is greatly appreciated. Current TC: $300k Years of Experience: ~20 ServiceNow: Level: Sr Staff TC: ~$320k Persona: Remote Apple: Level: ICT5 TC: ~$335k Persona: Hybrid (location: Austin) #apple #servicenow
Seems really low for ICT5
Offers seem really low
Dude, confirm it is ICT5. It should be 450k+
Looks like an ict4 offer
As per levels austin offers are way lower than bay area for Apple Austin, and for any other company for that matter
I’m an ICT4 and I earn more (but in SCV)
Wait, what’s your current role at ServiceNow?
Very low offer. Did you negotiate. With some good strategies you could have pushed the pay to 350k+. But Apple typically do not allow negotiating after you discuss the numbers with the recruiter and they come back with a verbal offer. Missed opportunity to me.
Tell Servicenow you have a competing offer from Apple and don’t say the number. Request that they be competitive to this xxxx amount. It works.
Congrats! Are you on visa now?
Why would you relocate for $15K more? Are you seriously thinking like a 15 year old girl because you think other people are impressed by Apple?

Tech companies to avoid as a white guy?
Midwest COL + Remote + you don’t have to go through onboarding at a new company… unless you’re early career and want apples name on your resume I’d take the service now offer.
Btw if you tell your Apple recruiter about your service now offer they’ll probably get you a better offer
