Apple India Refresher
YOE 12 years. Apple India verbal offer 35 lac fixed , 3.5 lac variable 42k dollar/year shares. This is 25 percent hike on my current salary. Question 1: How are refreshers in Apple India. I am getting initial offer with 168k( 42k/year) HR says ...atleast 40 percent approx 68k refresher I will get. Is that true? Question 2: Any expected timeline when office will open in apple Hyderabad? Question 3: Do we see any scope of negotiations? HR seems very strict.

OP - speculations all around. he knows nothing about the internals. speaks put what he reads. just like he said offices are reopening and now they are not, till January. even the interested in technical stuff is just stupidity. ask your HM about your role and decide for yourself based on how the discussion goes. probably not the place for the advice you are looking for.
