I have an onsite interview (5 interviews) scheduled for UI Designer in Apple, can anyone please help me with what I need to prepare for this, as I haven't got any details/topics for the 5 interviews from the recruiter? Any help/input would be appreciated. YOE - 10 #design #interviews #apple #uidesigner #designinterview #ui/ux #appleinterview @apple
One will be your portfolio review (45min/1hr) which you’ll walk through your keynote/slides. The amount of people in this will vary, but mine was almost 15 people. You’ll then have 30min interviews with individuals or groups after that to discuss more about you, your work, the team and any questions you have. I assume you already had your initial HM interview? They don’t waste your time with whiteboarding or app crits, so just focus on your presentation and behavioral questions. This might vary between teams, but I wasn’t given cookie cutter behavioral questions. It was way more casual than others I’ve had. I did this in early March, so unless they changed anything it should be similar to what I listed out. Can try and answer anything else for you, lmk. Weird your recruiter didn’t outline any of this, mine listed everything out pretty throughly.
Thank you so much for the information. It will help me focus on my prep.
Piggy backing off of this as I’m in a similar position with similar YOE as well. Any advice on the process, particularly the portfolio review?
