Got an ICT3 offer from Apple for a HW system integrator role. I believe I have been under-leveled but what are the role expectations for ICT3 vs ICT4 system integrator? The HM said ICT4 owns the entire product whereas ICT3 owns a component or a piece of it. Can folks from Apple provide a little more detail? Offer: 155/94.5/35 #offer #apple

What’s your YOE? Highest degree? Offer is good for an ICT3. RSUs can be a little higher. What ur HM said is correct.
BS, 9YOE. Currently L6 at Amazon. Offer is way too low honestly but I was curious. Right now, at Amazon I do work more on subsystem designs so that's probably why they didn't think I was fit for Apple ICT4.
How do you define or scope the "entire product"? Perhaps it depends on the complexity? I can't imagine one ICT4 owning the entire iPhone HW integrator role.
