Apple asking for 3 to 5 days of work
Heard Monday / Tuesday/ Thursday would be mandatory while Wednesday/ Friday being optional, is this true? Looks like Apple is not interested in saving on real estate

Agree, that makes most sense for most employees I think, but some businesses might want to optimize it for space / real estate
Why? Or what does that mean? You think they would reduce space or hotel desk it? Guessing most people will go in 5 days a week very quickly
Vanguard's is T-TH in person and F-M remote.
What is the point of this... either go all in office or all wfh.
I think the point is everybody will at least be there in 3 out of 5 days, so the social connection will be made - and for the remaining 2 days, people are free to choose whatever they want
Wed/fri are remote, not optional
