They will give you ict3..expect 200-250k TC

Not impossible but ICT4 requires more approvals and they may not be able to get it approved with how strict hiring guidelines are currently in HWT with that exp so you’d be much better off going in at 3 and pushing for a promotion/raise after year one. (I’m a recruiter)
Is it a thing in Apple recruiters to be rude and ignorant with applicants in general? I feel you try your best just to prove what a bigshot you guys are and how worthless the applicant is.You make it seem as if the applicant is unskilled and they should be grateful to you for even considering them for an interview. Why is that? Is it a superior feeling working at Apple that makes you misbehave with applicants?
Excuse me? I wasn’t trying to be rude at all they’re asking about an offer and I work in recruiting so I’m giving insight on how the process works if the goal is to get an offer, it’s much easier to come in at ICT3 since we are hiring selectively right now rather than 4 (coming from leadership not us). I genuinely try to make sure candidate experience is a positive one and have intro calls with and if anything the comment you just made was rude.
If you made it to Grade 8 at Intel then ICT4 makes sense, however your TC says G6 depending on the role.

I hope you get ict4 , but my gut says they might lowball and try for ict 3 . Mostly depends on how well your interviews went. Even with ict 3 you will get a good pay bump . I joined as ict 3 with 220k
