Apple salary negotiation
I've been working for Intel physical design for over 3 years and I got an offer from Apple (Cupertino). How far can I aim for base pay and stocks during salary negotiation talks with the HR? Current TC: 115k (Austin) ; also up for a year-end promotion. Any help will be appreciated!

150k base , 30k joining, 105k RSU over 4 years. That's typical good offer

What’s your degree? With a MS + 3 years, you can aim for 140k base and 30k sign on bonus. The RSUs are typically 105k (I assume they ll hire you at ICT3). These numbers should be attainable. Though it also depends on which org you are going to.
