Applying to Amazon as SDE II: AWS Inspector vs Alexa vs AWS Cryptography? + question about experience

I'm applying to #Amazon as an SDE II in Herndon / Arlington, and I've narrowed it down to 3 potential positions: AWS Cryptography, Alexa, and AWS inspector. Which one would you recommend? In terms of interesting work, WLB, culture, etc. Cryptography seems most interesting to me, but I have not directly worked with it, and I don't know if I'll end up regretting my choice, so hope to get some thoughts about this. My experience is 2 years of full stack web dev, mostly Node.JS but some Java. Most Amazon job postings ask for Java / C / C++. Would they care that I have more Node than Java as long as I show that I'm willing to learn and familiar enough with Java?
