Asml continues to hire aggressively. We are looking to add a lot of headcount in the US by the end of the year. Look at our careers page and DM for referrals. TC:135k (Updated. Forgot that TC includes annual bonus) YOE:3.5
What do you guys do
We make lithography machines that area needed for semiconductor Manufacturing. Search about us and you'll know more.
What’s the TC you are offering? Your TC is quite low , aren’t you guys in the Bay Area ?
TC wouldn't match the FAANGS. It's average for the semi industry. Just good for job security in case of a downturn since we are a monopoly. We have offices spread across the US. San Diego, Wilton and Hillsboro are the main ones though
It also has a really good work-life balance in most roles.
Does ASML offer remote?
It'd say hybrid is the norm but remote is certainly possible for some roles and seniority
Looking for Ops PM roles, remote available?
Not sure..I've joined recently.. You'd have to interview to find out about specific teams
Not vet common in operations. Hybrid is possible for sure
Why is a new hire trying to make referrals? Your word literally means nothing yet.
I agree with you. My word would mean nothing. Just trying to help others looking for a change in job market that has recession/job security fears. You're welcome to share your ASML experience here
TC seems low. What are the benefits other than paycheck?
Espp - 20% discount. A lot of opportunities for lateral movement. High levels of job security and great wlb.
You might want to mention that 20% discount more carefully
How’s the SWE in test team?
How is ASML Netherlands for embedded systems / firmware engineering roles ?
Asml Netherlands is good but since I'm in the US. I can't speak for much. Good luck. DM for details
