Yesterday someone posted an offer (it's deleted now) for P5 with Base: 48L, Stocks 140k USD/4 Bonus: upto 15% with 7 YoE. He was working with Salesforce.

Seriously? That’s a big bag of money. 81-2L Levels.fyi suggests Msft L63 can map to P5 there? How is the scope of work defined for this role?

They might but the base part will be very low. Also depends on your current TC.
