Atlassian interviews suck
Had interviews with Atlassian. I think I did fairly well in the interviews. Still received rejection without any feedback. #engineering #software Current TC - 22 lpa Yoe - 6.5
Every company that rejected me has bad interviews and every company that gave me an offer has amazing interviews tbh
That is true but if you see Atlassian interviews, questions are pretty much known in advance to all. Even after fairly nice performance in those interviews, they simply reject you. Check glassdoor and most of the folks agree with me.
So you’re mad because you failed an interview when you knew all the questions? Got an offer from atlassian a couple months ago. Was pretty standard to me
This is so spot on- i interviewed and made it to final round of status page and even got verbal offer..only to be later rejected by manager cause some "xyz" he knows has been offered
Don’t take it personal, it can always be another candidate who did equally well in the interviews but has better name university or company in resume, got selected

Maybe knowing the questions beforehand screwed you up. You might have made it too obvious during interviews. I didn't know questions beforehand. And I know for a fact that people are rejected if they come with pre baked answers and fail when grilled down.

How much time did it take for them to send the email after the last interview?
How many interviews did you give? I have seen people getting rejected just after 2 interviews?
