BECU mortgage reviews
Has anyone here experienced BECU mortgage? Their rates and offer seems too good. They are giving 5% rate on 5/6 ARM without any origination or processing fees on jumbo loans. Anyone experienced any issues with them? They are local to Washington.
I used to work for becu. Good rate and low closing cost. The only down side is their mortgage servicing vendor is so slow and works east coast hours, so after the loan closes if you need to change anything it is very slow and poor customer service. The folks in the branch cannot help you because they have to call the outside vendor.

Their appraisals always come in low - not a problem if you have a lot of equity. One person I knew it came in $100k under. No option to appeal, as they always use the lowest amount appraisal.
What is your credit score ? My friend used it looks good for them
