I have recently cleared Barclays India AVP Research Data Scientist interview, I wanted your thoughts on what should be my salary expectations. My current CTC is 25L (22.5 + 2.5)
Not so sure, but I can tell you that they hired a BA4 (one level below AVP) in my team and paid him 24 lpa for a DWH position.
How much barclays will pay for 10 yrs ? Current tc 30
@inu4u007 If it's your first offer, they'd say 35-40% hike, but will be open for negotiation if you have counter offers.

Hey, my friend is in the same boat negotiating for AVP data science. the current salary is 27 LPA and 9 YOE. can you please tell me how much did you get post negotiation?

no wonder dh got horrified when i asked 50 lpa at 3.5 yoe
