Interviewing with Square, should I leave Microsoft and join Square? What would you do assuming TC at Square will be 20%+ higher? Current TC: ~350k #block #square #layoff

Do you have any recommendations on how to practice for your coding questions? I made it to the onsite last time but felt very rushed during the 3-4 step coding rounds. LC doesn't help much with this style of round. Not too many tagged questions either.
