Broadcom compensation expectation
Iβm considering applying for Senior Front-end engineer at Broadcom On the job posting, it says annual base salary is 63k - 105k. Isnβt that really low for a Senior? Is there room for wiggle? What IBC is this position? And what is refresher? π€ YOE: 6 years Current TC: 135k Location: Dallas, Texas

Ignore the base. They will scale based on experience and interview performance.

Just go check lvls.fyi and that is just the base. We pay way more than most companies. The ICB position would be level 2-3.
That base does seem low but is negotiable
