Hi all. There are a lot of posts about Broadcom refreshers, both in terms of absolute values, as well as percentages of base+bonus. This is very US-centric though. What refreshers can ICB5-ICB6 engineers expect in India, Europe/EMEA? Disclosure: For VMware folks, welcome offer letters RSUs were: India - 75% of US EU - 50% of US Can we expect a similar proportion (e.g. ICB6 refresher $300k in US over 4 years, so ~ $225k in India, ~ $150k in EU)?

Don’t listen to Microsoft. Other than RTO it is very team dependent.
We're not eligible for a refresher this year, but my understanding is that we're eligible starting March 2025 (first vest June 2025) and that the welcome grant was a good indicator of what to expect.
I didn’t know Broadcom comp was so high.
Our CEO repeatedly claims that the RSU grant goal is 90 percentile in the industry. It's real for most of us.
This is simply not true, Irish refreshers are 100% same as US, same for initial grant. Refreshers are very good, but to get it someone has to be let go, it is like that. I would avoid such dumpster fire
WTF are you talking about "let go"? Broadcom provides refreshers every year.
