Is Linkedin worth joining now?
Area south of 101 and north of El Camino. Good central location and houses seem relatively affordable. For me, it's good distance to Google mountain view and Sunnyvale campus. For example: 561 Worley only $1.2m and looks reasonably nice. Thoughts?
1.2 is list, don't mistake list price as the selling price. Houses going way above asking
This. Sometimes you get lucky but check the comps. $1.2 list going up to $1.5 easy.
I checked this area. Ready for $1600/sqft
No good school at all.
Lakewood Area was a ghetto although being gentrified slowly. But still poor patches here and there
It is not a safe neighborhood and very rough. I would not buy north sunnyvale especially that location. Instead would suggest better areas in santa calara.
There are some nice blocks. But crap schools limit upside.
Lots of new homes in that area specially landsea and Taylor morrison. Be ready for $1400/feet by august-Sept timeframe after lots of home ready for move-in
“Only 1.2m” smh
