Great place starting out in finance. It was acquired by RBC so company is growing rapidly. Culture and people are very pleasant and understanding. I only work 40 hours per week and itโs very chill job.

It depends. On the one hand, it is a civilized place with a decent enough pay package. However, advancement is tough. In today's economy, banks are not as strong industry-wide. Then again, what industries are?
