CRED Vs GRAB which one to choose?
I recently got an offer from two relatively big dream companies. Which one is best in terms of culture, career growth and WLB. Offer 1 : CRED 25 LPA fixed cash comp 25 Lakh private stocks Offer 2 : GRAB 28 LPA fixed Public stocks - yet to discuss #engineer #interview #counteroffer #cred #grab #career

Grab's culture is really good. WLB has been the best so far. Would suggest to take up Grab's offer. BTW what's the role?

If G3 position in Grab, pretty good If G4, try to get more fixed component Is it with Grab or GXS bank(subsidiary of Grab) ? I heard in CRED, every fews days they will take you to good places in Indiranagar or Koramangala for party(if that's your thing, need someone from CRED to confirm as well)
It's from Grab not GXS. And how would I know if I'm G3 Or G4? I got the role : Senior Security Engineer What is the standard comp for this role / level?
Senior* generally means G4 in Grab Dont know about Security role, but for Software Engineer (G3, upper limit is 25L) Try if you can use your CRED's offer to get 30L in Grab
Add the total TC with stocks and JB , CRED is yet to go public so it's paper money unlike Grab
